Overview
Our attorney roster is rich with a broad spectrum of experience counseling a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors as well as in-house counsel tenure.
The office was established upon a foundation of labor and employment law talent representing management for traditional labor relations, as well as all aspects of employment law, including litigation. A subset of this practice has a tight focus on public sector human resources issues for both municipalities and public schools. Another area of strength addresses major municipal projects’ needs for tightly crafted Project Labor Agreements.
Our reservoir of resources continues to grow to include practices that address all the complex facets of the education industry at every level – primary, secondary, special, and higher learning – for private, public, not-for profit, for-profit institutions and related social services. Bond also provides thorough counsel for the health care industry, with its heavy compliance and regulatory burdens, for hospitals, long-term care institutions, and home health care entities.
Other client industries that our NYC office frequently serves include retailing, financial and insurance, manufacturing and professional services. Additionally, the office also offers counsel for compliance, regulatory and governance issues along with training and programs for management and supervisory staff to ensure currency with HR rules and regulations.
