In litigation, our attorneys appear in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies on a wide range of issues, including employment law, constitutional law, land use and commercial disputes. We have considerable experience with jury and bench trials as well as administrative hearings, in civil rights claims, liability claims involving negligence and matters pertaining to contract and employment law.
In 2021, we added trust and estate attorneys who are skilled at working with clients to identify their unique long-term needs and create plans that meet those needs. They also work with small business owners to design and implement business succession plans.

History
As part of the firm’s expansion into the New York City Metro Area, Bond opened its Garden City office in 2004. Staffed predominantly by attorneys from Rains & Pogrebin, after the historic Long Island labor law firm dissolved, Bond’s Nassau County office was able to hit the ground running with attorneys versed in the workplace issues of the region. The scope of services offered in Garden City soon grew to include counsel on the broad spectrum of matters outlined above, all while retaining our reputation for experienced, knowledgeable and responsive service.
