Virginia C. Robbins Elected to Board of Trustees of the New York Chiropractic College

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce Virginia C. Robbins has been elected to the Board of Trustees of New York Chiropractic College. Virginia’s term begins October 20, 2017 succeeding M. Catherine Richardson, a retired member of the firm who completed her term. The College was founded in 1919 and is a leader in natural healthcare education.
Virginia chaired the firm’s environmental and energy practice from 2000 to 2016 and was a member of the firm’s management committee from 2014 to 2015 and 2004 to 2005. She is experienced in advising clients on state and federal regulatory compliance issues, particularly in the areas of air and water pollution control and solid and hazardous waste management.
Virginia is a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers; Past Chair of the Environmental Law Section of the New York State Bar Association; a Member of the Section’s Executive Committee; and Co-Chair of the Global Climate Change Committee. She was the Founding Chair of the Central New York Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association and is an Emeritus Board Member and Past President of the ESF College Foundation, Inc. of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Virginia is also Past President of the Syracuse City Ballet.
