Recognized as Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars are Adam C. Kerlek for Estate & Probate and Thomas K. Rinaldi for Business Litigation.
Adam Kerlek is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, concentrating his practice on complex estate planning and wealth transfer, probate and trust administration, and business planning for closely held-businesses and charitable tax exempt organizations. He works with his clients and their unique situations to minimize taxes and preserve assets for multiple generations in ways that are practical and comfortable for his clients and their families. Adam has experience in dealing with high net worth individuals, families with special needs beneficiaries and substance abuse issues, blended families, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, same sex couples and unique or hard to manage assets (including business, real estate and qualified retirement assets).
Thomas Rinaldi is a trial attorney concentrating his practice on general business and commercial litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and creditor’s rights. He has also handled landlord-tenant, employment, and personal injury litigation. Thomas also serves individuals who have complaints issued against their professional licenses (e.g. realtors, nurses, doctors, accountants, massage therapists, and chiropractors).
