(Naples, FL): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Starling N. Hendriks, a seasoned trust and estate attorney, has joined the firm in Naples, Florida as Senior Counsel.
Prior to joining Bond, Hendriks worked with The Northern Trust Company as Regional Director and Senior Trust Advisor, working with high-net worth individuals and families to achieve their personal estate planning and wealth transfer objectives, as well as advising on the impact of legal and tax law changes.
Prior to this time, she worked as an attorney focusing on commercial and probate litigation. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in fiduciary disputes, business litigation, breach of contract, contested wills, guardianships and wrongful death claims.
Hendriks is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2001) and Rollins College (B.A., 1997). She was selected as “Woman Lawyer of the Year” by the Collier County Women’s Bar Association in 2019 and is active in several legal and professional associations in Collier County and with the 20th Judicial Circuit in Florida.
