On May 6, 2020, the United States Department of Education issued its long-awaited final Title IX regulations. Despite the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, the Department has mandated that institutions comply with the new regulatory requirements as of August 14, 2020.
Join us for this 45 minute webinar in which members of Bond will share initial reactions as to what they think is especially noteworthy in the final regulations, including ways in which the final regulations differ from the Department’s proposed regulations issued in November 2018, as well as implications for institutional compliance. This introductory session will be followed by additional client-only webinars at noon on Monday, May 18, Wednesday, May 20 and Friday, May 22, to discuss in greater depth particular aspects of the regulations and strategies for compliance.
