Terria Jenkins of Kodak Joins Bond, Schoeneck & King

(Rochester, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Terria P. Jenkins has joined the firm’s Rochester office as senior counsel and part of its intellectual property practice. Jenkins joins Bond after serving as chief trademark counsel and division counsel for Eastman Kodak where she advised the company’s consumer and commercial businesses on a wide range of domestic and international trademark, copyright, marketing and corporate matters. At Bond, Jenkins will chair the firm’s trademark and brand licensing practice and will work closely with clients to optimize, protect and leverage their brands and expand their impact in the market.

Prior to joining Eastman Kodak, Jenkins worked for the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a trademark examining attorney. She also served as managing counsel and chief trademark counsel for a medical imaging and equipment company, managing their sizeable trademark portfolio and directing the company’s brand and marketing activities. Jenkins is a certified mediator in the New York State Unified Court System.
