Syracuse Attorney Chosen to Participate in the Leadership Greater Syracuse Class of 2013

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC is pleased to announce Kevin M. Pole has been chosen to participate in the Leadership Greater Syracuse Class of 2013.
53 Central New Yorkers have been chosen to participate in the LGS Class of 2013. The group comprises people with varied work and community experience, but all who have an interest in helping CNY. LGS is dedicated to recruiting, equipping, engaging and uniting present and future leaders committed to making a difference in our community. Throughout the year-long training program, participants will gain an in-depth knowledge of how CNY operates by examining political, economic, education, social and cultural issues facing our community.
Mr. Pole concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial lending. He handles real estate purchase, sale and finance transactions for small businesses, national corporations, libraries, school districts, higher education institutions and other non-profit entities. He has represented commercial real estate developers in the development, sale, leasing and financing of commercial property. Mr. Pole serves as examining counsel for several title insurance companies. He is a graduate of Niagara University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1998) and Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D., 2001).
