Stephen A. Donato, co-chair of the financial restructuring group at Bond, Schoeneck & King, presented at the Distress Investing course presented by the Le Moyne College Madden School of Business on June 6, 2018 at Fordham Law School in New York City. The seminar was taught by Fernando Diz, PhD, The M.J. Whitman Professor of Finance at Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management and the Managing Director of The Orange Value Fund, LLC. Mr. Donato’s lecture focused on restructuring principals and concepts and was in addition to presentations provided by Michael Madden, Managing Partner/Co-Founder, Blackeagle Partners LLC, and James Joseph, Dean of the Madden School of Business and former CEO of Oneida LTD.
