Samantha Grossmann Joins Trust and Estate Department

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Samantha E. Grossmann has joined the firm’s Trust and Estate Department. Grossman has been an associate with Bond as part of its business and transaction practice group since September 2018. “Samantha’s business acumen will be an asset to her clients as she helps them fully prepare for the future with both personal and business needs,” said Martin Schwab, deputy chair of the firm’s Trust and Estate Department.
Grossman focuses her practice in areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, wealth preservation, and trust and estate administration. She works with clients to prepare and execute various estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorney. Additionally, Samantha advises clients on various business planning matters including estate and succession planning for family or closely-held business owners.
Prior to joining Bond, Samantha attended Syracuse University College of Law where she gained elder law and estate planning experience as a Student Attorney in the Syracuse University College of Law Elder Law Clinic.
