Ryan P. Keleher and J.P. Wright Named Co-Deputy Chairs of Bond’s Litigation Practice

(Albany, NY, and Syracuse, NY):Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Ryan Keleher (J.D., Albany Law School, 2008) and J.P. Wright (J.D., Syracuse University College of Law, 2008) were named co-deputy chairs of the firm’s litigation practice. Both are seasoned litigators.

Keleher has tried both jury and non-jury trials, argued at the appellate level and represented clients during mediation and arbitration proceedings. In addition to business/commercial litigation, Keleher devotes a considerable portion of his practice in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, defamation, professional malpractice, construction litigation, Labor Law §§ 240(1), 241(6) & 200, motor vehicle accidents, fire loss, water loss, toxic tort, insurance coverage disputes and cybersecurity matters.
Wright represents individuals, corporations, insurance companies, municipalities, financial institutions, universities and school districts, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability and creditor’s rights. He also litigates cases arising under various employment law statutes, including the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and environmental statutes, including the New York Navigation Law.
Wright has tried cases in state and federal court and argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division in the First, Third and Fourth Departments. He also resolves disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration.
