As New York moves Forward, the pace of new information—whether it is from guidance documents, executive orders or press releases—has not slowed. It is difficult to keep track of what is out there and examine where things may be going. We hope this information memo will help you go forward.

The above map details the economic development regions of New York. Five regions entered Phase One on the same date. There is to be at least 14 days between each phase, but some regions may remain in phases for a longer period. In the hope of helping you keep track of the different phases we have put together the chart below. Please remember, this chart contains projections. We do not know for certain when the next phase will begin in any region.

The phases of reopening continue to change. As of this writing, this is how industries are categorized by phases:
