Proposed DOL Rule Change Would Require Greater Employer Disclosure

July 31, 2024

By: Peter H. Wiltenburg

In this week’s Business in 2024 webinar, Bond labor and employment attorney Peter H. Wiltenburg talked about a proposed rule change by the U.S. Department of Labor that would expand the amount of information employers would need to disclose on an LM-10 form. Employers are required to file the form annually to report any financial arrangement they’ve made with an outside consultant to persuade employees to exercise (or not exercise) their rights to collective bargaining.

The full webinar covered the following topics:

  • Proposed Changes to LM-10 Employer Report
  • Amazon vs. States on Warehouse Safety Standards
  • NLRB Developments
  • Latest Developments on Non-Compete Ban Litigation
