Peeling Back More on Orange Cluster Zone Restrictions

As a bonus to their Nov. 24 webinar, “Restrictions for an Orange Zone,” Bond government relations attorney Caitlin Anderson and school attorney Kate Reid recorded a short video answering some frequently asked questions about New York’s color-coded cluster zones and how they affect the operation of businesses and schools.

Specifically, they clarify which zone restrictions apply if an employer (or school) is located in one zone designation and the employee (or student) resides in another. They also tackle which public sector entities (schools, municipalities, etc.) qualify as essential businesses.
