Pamela O’Rourke Named Chief Human Resources Officer

(Buffalo, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Pamela M. O’Rourke has been named the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. O’Rourke, resident in Bond’s Buffalo office, oversees the Human Resources department working with the firm’s leadership on issues relating to the firm’s greatest asset, its people. She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of a variety of human resources functions, supporting more than 500 people in 15 offices. O’Rourke is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
