On Jan. 29, 2025, the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) issued its 2025 Work Plan, which highlights the OMIG’s goals and objectives for the coming year. As OMIG stated, the Work Plan “provides a comprehensive roadmap for citizens, policymakers, providers, managed care organizations and other stakeholders to follow as a guide to OMIG’s program integrity initiatives planned for 2025.” Bond attorneys Roger Bearden and Gabriel Oberfield summarized the Work Plan, here.
