As a bonus to Bond’s November 21 Business in 2023 webinar, Bond labor and employment attorney Kristen Smith discussed an ADA case out of the Sixth Circuit involving a nursing student whose service dog was causing allergy issues for coworkers and hospital patients. By offering alternative solutions to the nursing student, the hospital was ultimately able to achieve dismissal of the ADA lawsuit, using an individualized and interactive approach.
