New Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation Practice Group Announced at Bond

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC announced the formation of its Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation Practice co-chaired by members Thomas Smith and Richard Weber. Attorneys in the practice group have successfully represented clients in all facets of environmental and toxic tort litigation, including civil cases in state and federal courts brought by governmental and private parties seeking civil damages, response costs, fines and other penalties; state and federal administrative proceedings involving regulatory issues; and state and federal criminal prosecutions for alleged violations of environmental laws.
In announcing the formation of the practice group, the chair of the firm's management committee, Richard Hole said, 'In our effort to ensure effective client representation and create cross-practice efficiencies, Bond has formally established this practice group in recognition of its members extensive experience in all facets of environmental and chemical exposure-related litigation.'
