October 16, 2018 - November 2, 2018

Bond's Fall 2018 Labor & Employment Breakfast Briefing - Downstate

NEW DATES ADDED IN NEW YORK CITY

Our 2018 Fall Breakfast Briefing at the AMA Executive Conference Center sold out, therefore we've added new dates for this seminar. Seating for the event is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis so please register as soon as possible.

In this complimentary Breakfast Briefing, we will discuss the impact of the recent amendments to New York State law concerning sexual harassment. We will cover the following questions on many employers’ minds:

  • What does the new law require employers to do and when?
  • How will employers need to change their sexual harassment policies?
  • What changes should employers anticipate in terms of litigation, settlement agreements and employment agreements?
  • How should employers address the new annual training requirements? What are the options and best practices?

Final guidance on the policy and interactive training required has been issued from the New York State Department of Labor and State Division of Human Rights, with an October 9 effective date for the new policy requirements. This program will explore the new requirements and mandates imposed by the State.

Join us for this timely and important Breakfast Briefing.
