As a bonus to Bond’s September 20 Back to Business webinar, Bond labor and employment attorney Samuel G. Dobre talked about New York’s concealed gun carry law, which was recently amended in response to a Supreme Court ruling that invalidated a century-old provision in the law because, the Court held, it violated gun owners’ 14th Amendment right. Sam talked about the new Concealed Carry Improvement Act, which designates who can obtain a gun permit and limits where gun can be carried in New York.
