Mary Moore Joins Bond

(Rochester, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Mary P. Moore has joined the firm’s Rochester office.
Mary is a litigation attorney who represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts on a range of issues, primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. She also has experience bringing administrative litigation challenging government agency actions and representing clients under investigation by government agencies, particularly in the health care and financial services industries.
Mary previously practiced litigation with Squire Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, DC. During law school, she worked for the U.S. Department of Justice Consumer Protection Branch, the Inspector General for the U.S. Government Printing Office, and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina (ret.) on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Mary advocated on a variety of international issues for a non-profit in Washington, DC.
