Mark A. Berman Recognized as One of the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America

Berman represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex business disputes as well as in real estate, employment and in technology, higher education and e-discovery conflicts. He is a seasoned appellate attorney and has been a court-appointed discovery master in a significant business litigation. His extensive experience allows him to assess his clients’ matters, develop sound solutions and position his clients for successful outcomes.
Berman is also a prolific writer and thought leader in the legal profession. Since 2005, he has authored over 130 articles for The New York Law Journal, including a column on Virtual Lawyering since 2021, created as a result of the pandemic, and an influential Electronic Discovery column from 2005 to 2020. He also created and edited a multi-chapter e-book, "The Virtual Lawyer," published by the New York State Bar Association, which consists of 312 pages and 22 chapters dedicated to the evolving landscape of legal practice in the digital age.
