(Rochester, NY): Bond is pleased to announce that Litigation Attorney, Jeffrey F. Allen, has joined our Rochester office.
Mr. Allen has extensive experience in providing business and commercial litigation services for clients in a wide range of industries, including: business technology distribution and service, medical device development, website development and internet marketing, aviation, online gaming, construction, entertainment, commercial real estate and fashion design. On behalf of these clients, in both state and federal courts, Mr. Allen has litigated matters concerning business tort and contract claims, intellectual property infringement, employment disputes, insurance coverage, defamation and trade secret misappropriation actions.
Prior to joining Bond, Mr. Allen founded Allen Law Group, LLP, in California’s Silicon Valley in 2003; and in 2007, he co-founded Allen + Wohrle, LLP in Los Angeles.
