Linda Romano Honored as Outstanding Business Woman by the YWCA of the Mohawk Valley

(Utica, NY): Bond is pleased to announce Linda E. Romano, Of Counsel to our firm, was honored in the Business and Industry Category at the YWCA of the Mohawk Valley's Salute to Outstanding Women on April 4 in Whitesboro, NY.

Ms. Romano concentrates her practice in matters concerning Business Law and Public Finance. She has extensive experience in public and municipal finance and has served as bond counsel to various issuers on a variety of industrial development, civic facility and general obligation bond issues, including several school districts. In her general corporate and business practice, Ms. Romano advises closely-held corporations on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including the negotiation of major leases, sales, financing, acquisitions and joint ventures. Ms. Romano serves as General Counsel and Director of several corporations owning various real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and industrial, residential and commercial complexes. She also serves as a Director and General Counsel of several closely-held manufacturing and distribution businesses.
