Kristin Warner Joins Bond’s Rochester Office

(Rochester, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Kristin Warner has joined its Rochester office as an attorney in their Property department.
Kristin represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate matters, with primary responsibilities including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases and construction contracts. In addition, she counsels clients on other real property issues including easements, rights of way and myriad other encumbrance and title issues.
According to Rochester managing member, Edward Hourihan, “Kristin will be a welcome addition to our strong commercial real estate practice. She will be working with various members of our practice to support their clients, as well as continuing to cultivate her own client base.”
Prior to joining Bond, Kristin was a clerk with the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester and was part of a group of attorneys presented with the President’s Pro Bono Service Award in the “Government Office” category by the New York State Bar Association in recognition of the attorneys’ commitment to provide free legal representation to unrepresented tenants in eviction proceedings.
