Jessica L. Copeland Named Co-Chair of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice

Jessica advises her clients in all aspects of business counsel and disputes, with a particular focus on data privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property. Her broad experience includes advising clients on data privacy compliance, incident response strategies, and breach notification requirements. She also has experience handling the transactional and litigation aspects of intellectual property.
