IP Attorney David Nocilly Elected to MedTech Board of Directors

Syracuse, NY -- David Nocilly, partner, Bond Schoeneck & King was elected to the board of directors at MedTech, a trade association representing the Upstate New York biosciences community at MEDTECH 09, the association's annual conference, last week.

"I'm really excited to be a part of MedTech" said Nocilly. "I look forward to implementing our goal of promoting the upstate New York region as a nationally recognized center for biosciences," he said.
Nocilly has been a member of MedTech since 2004. He is a registered patent attorney who has prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications for electromechanical, biomedical, and mechanical inventions. Nocilly also handles the enforcement of the full range of intellectual property rights. Nocilly is a graduate of Cornell University and received his J.D. summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law.
