- Effective communication of the tasks and costs of litigation including preparing litigation budgets (including task based budgeting and billing)
- Managing litigation (including creating a litigation plan)
- Innovative uses of resources including technology
- Evaluation and measurement of performance
- Cost containment
(Due to the limited time of the program, e-discovery will not be discussed in detail.)
