Governor Of Florida Appoints Bond Member F. Joseph McMackin, III To Judicial Nominating Commission

Naples, FL: Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC ("Bond") is pleased to announce that Florida Governor Rick Scott has appointed Bond Member F. Joseph McMackin III, of the Firm's Naples, Florida Office, to the 20th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
Mr. McMackin, who practices business law, has been with Bond since 2002. He has served on the grievance committee of the Florida Bar and as secretary of the Collier County Bar Association. From 1968 to 1970, he served in the United States Navy. He received his bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and law degree from the University of Miami. Mr. McMackin was appointed from the list of nominees submitted by the Florida Bar and will serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission from October 4, 201 through July 1, 2014.
