Oberfield was most recently Senior Vice President, Policy and Operations, Greater NY Hospital Association (GNYHA) – Continuing Care Leadership Coalition. Previously he held roles with the City of New York and the Innocence Project. During his tenure with the City of New York, Oberfield worked with the Office of the Mayor, as Operations Lead with the Housing Recovery Office, and Chief of Staff with the Department for the Aging. Among his current positions, Oberfield is Co-Chair of the New York Healthcare Cyber Alliance – as appointed by the State’s Executive branch.

Oberfield received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, his M.S.J. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Brown University. In addition to joining Bond’s Health Care practice, he will be part of the firm’s Long Term Care, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, Government Relations, as well as Labor and Employment practices.
