In this workshop-style seminar, we will cover:

- The interplay of Paid Sick Leave, Paid Family Leave, FMLA and the ADA for infertility, pregnancy, childbirth and bonding time and beyond
- Recent amendments to New York State law concerning breastmilk expression
- Avoiding liability for pregnancy discrimination and harassment
