On September 22, 2020 President Trump issued Executive Order 13950 imposing restrictions with respect to the training and/or promotion of what the Executive Order characterizes as “divisive concepts“ in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion. Over the ensuing weeks, the Executive Order has raised understandable concerns and uncertainties as to its requirements.
