Erin M. Callahan Joins Bond, Schoeneck & King as Labor and Employment Law Member

(Albany, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Erin M. Callahan has joined the firm as a member (partner) in the labor and employment law practice group.

Working with employers on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, Callahan utilizes an outside “in-house” counsel approach in identifying, minimizing, and resolving potential issues for a client with a focus on its unique business needs and objectives. She also routinely represents employers in federal and state court litigation and administrative proceedings against discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims and other federal and state employment law claims.

Callahan was a member of the education, labor and employment, and litigation and appeals practice groups in her prior firm as well. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Bridges Foundation and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.  Callahan attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned the Jackson Lewis Employment Law Scholar award and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment law. She has also been recognized by Best Lawyers® under their Ones to Watch since 2022.
