This Zoom webinar, hosted by MACNY, will cover employment related litigation trends including the rise of COVID-19 related discrimination claims such as those related to job protected leave laws, disability discrimination claims, claims based on failure to provide reasonable accommodations, vaccination policies and workplace injuries including cases alleging contraction of COVID-19 in the workplace.
