EEOC Releases New Guidance on Workplace Harassment

In this week’s Business in 2024 webinar, Bond labor and employment attorney Natalie C. Vogel talked about the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) first guidance on workplace harassment released in a quarter-century. The new guidance addresses harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions (lactation, morning sickness, etc.), as well as other areas of harassment and discrimination.
