Daniel Carosa Joins Bond’s Growing Intellectual Property Team

(Buffalo, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Carosa has joined its Buffalo office as an associate attorney in Bond’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice.
Dan is an intellectual property lawyer and registered patent attorney focusing his practice in the areas of electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering. He has experience preparing patent applications and responses, conducting patentability analyses of new invention disclosures, managing international patent and trademark portfolios, performing due diligence of intellectual property and information technology aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, and prosecuting trademark registration applications.
Dan is a graduate of University at Buffalo School of Law (J.D. 2016) and The State University of New York at Buffalo (B.S. in electrical engineering). Before entering the legal field, he worked as an engineer with Northrop Grumman Amherst Systems, a leading global security company in aviation and defense. During law school, Dan was an intellectual property extern at the University of Buffalo Office of Science, Technology Transfer and Economic Outreach where he performed patentability assessments of University developed technology.
