This webinar will address the Albany Supreme Court’s decision last week in a case brought by Bond, Schoeneck & King in which the Court overturned hundreds of millions of dollars of Fiscal Intermediary rate cuts implemented at the direction of the State Department of Health. During this presentation, we will cover the DOH actions at issue in the case, the court’s decision, and how Fiscal Intermediaries can begin to plan for seeking retroactive reimbursement.
