Bonita Springs City Council Names Bond Attorney James D. Dati to Charter Review Committee

The Bonita Springs City Council recently named the majority of the members of its Charter Review Committee, which will eventually suggest changes to the primary document of the city. Bond attorney James D. Dati will be one of the seven voting members of the committee. The Bonita Springs charter dictates the function of the city government, advising it on all matters of Bonita. The review committee will recommend changes and clarifications, and the Bonita Springs voting public will make the ultimate decisions in the 2010 election.
Mr. Dati is resident in Bond's Bonita Springs, Florida Office, and is a real estate and business transactional lawyer providing closely-held businesses with services as their "Outside, In-House Counsel." Within his practice he assists clients with entity formation, governance, asset acquisition, finance, borrowing, employment and labor, and intellectual property matters. His representative clients include lenders, developers, lessors, investors, entrepreneurs, and various business entities. Mr. Dati is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A., 1980) and Creighton University (J.D., 1983).
