Bond, Schoeneck & King To Remain At Current Downtown Syracuse Location; Office Renovation Project To Commence In November

(Syracuse, NY:) Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC ("Bond") is pleased to announce its commitment to remain at its current location in the City of Syracuse, New York at One Lincoln Center. Bond Chairman, Richard D. Hole, Esq., recently signed a 15-year lease with building owner CommonWealth REIT. As part of the lease arrangement, Bond will undertake a major five-floor renovation project of its 89,000 square foot office space beginning mid-November. The property is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.
Bond has leased multiple floors of office space at One Lincoln Center since its move from the State Tower Building in 1972. The recently signed lease also allows for expansion to additional floors to increase the Firm's total leased space to 100,000 square feet.
"We explored a variety of space options within and outside the City as the expiration of our lease approached," stated Mr. Hole. "However, remaining in downtown Syracuse and further customizing our offices and conference capabilities makes good business sense for the Firm. Further, we have a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the vitality of the City, which is the center of Central New York."
Bond worked closely with Mayor Stephanie Miner and her staff on several issues, including ensuring that parking would continue to be available to the more than 200 attorneys and staff who work at Bond's Syracuse Office.
