May 21, 2019
(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck and King has named Kristina M. Capp, SHRM-CP, PHR as its director of human resources. Capp will oversee the firm’s human resource function across the firm’s eleven offices.
According to David Otte, the firm’s chief operating officer, “Bond was looking for someone who has led the human resource functions of a multi-office organization with a proven track record of strategy development, execution, and achieving operational excellence within human resources. Kristina’s background fits perfectly with that goal. She has held several director-level positions at large organizations and has implemented a number of human resource programs that will benefit Bond, from performance-based evaluations to team-building programs and also has great familiarity with state and federal employment programs.”
Prior to Bond, Kristina was vice president of human resources at a 300+ employee, multi-state company where she managed its HR department; and senior human resources manager for a large retail company’s Central New York operations. Capp has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and a master’s degree from Nazareth College, both in human resource management.
