Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, two members were elected to the firm’s management committee. Jennifer M. Boll, resident in the firm’s Albany office, and Tim C. Loftis, resident in the Buffalo office, joined the firm’s top leadership committee.
According to Kevin M. Bernstein, chair of Bond’s management committee, “Jennifer and Tim are well-respected leaders in their offices and will bring fresh insights to the committee. Among other responsibilities, the eight-member committee monitors the firm’s performance and provides overall long-range planning and strategy for the firm.

Jennifer advises privately held companies and individuals with respect to a wide range of corporate and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financial transactions, and complex trust and estate matters. In addition to her legal practice, she is a lecturer at the University at Albany, State University of New York, as well as an adjunct professor at Albany Law School. Among her many community involvements, Jennifer is a board member for the Junior Achievement of Northern New York and on the Board of Associate Trustees for Siena College.
Tim C. Loftis dedicates his practice to counseling for-profit and not-for-profit entities engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors in connection with a wide range of challenges and opportunities encountered throughout the business life cycle. Tim has been a very active board member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership since 2000, and chaired that board from 2011 to 2014.
