Bond Names Stuart Klein as Albany Managing Member

(Albany, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Stuart F. Klein has been named managing member of its Albany office. Klein succeeds longtime managing member Gregory Champion.

He was chosen to lead the Albany office based on those factors and the vision and leadership he has exhibited both with his clients and as a practice area leader. Stuart concentrates his litigation practice in commercial matters and has extensive experience in all phases of federal and state court practice, as well as resolving matters through either mediation or arbitration. In addition to Stuart's active litigation practice he also routinely counsels clients pro-actively to avoid litigation. As a litigator, Stu works tirelessly to advocate for his clients’ needs and recognizes the importance of collaboration with his clients in order to obtain a successful outcome.
