(Albany, NY):Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce Jennifer M. Boll has been named managing member of the firm’s Albany office and Robert F. Manfredo deputy managing member.
Boll serves in several leadership roles at Bond, including as a member of the firm’s compensation committee, chair of the firm’s tax law practice and deputy co-chair of its business department. She previously served on Bond’s management committee from 2017-2021 and chaired the firm’s Women’s Initiative from 2019-2022. Boll focuses her practice on corporate, tax, and estate and business succession planning matters, advising privately held companies and individuals with respect to a wide range of corporate and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financial transactions, and complex trust and estate matters. In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is the director of the M.S. in taxation program at the University at Albany, State University of New York, where she teaches courses on federal, state, and interstate taxation and is an adjunct professor at Albany Law School.
Manfredo is a labor and employment lawyer who represents a wide variety of employers—including colleges, healthcare systems and medical practices, human services organizations, manufacturing facilities and other for-profit business—to ensure compliance with the vast array of laws and regulations that employers encounter. Manfredo is a member of the firm’s associate committee and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Albany Law School.
