Bond Member James D. Dati Recognized As Rotary President Of The Year For 54 Club District

Naples, FL: Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, is pleased to announce that Member James D. Dati, of the Firm's Naples, Florida Office, was recently recognized as the Rotary President of The Year for District 6960. The District is comprised of 54 clubs stretching from Sarasota to Marco Island, with over 2,700 Rotarians. Mr. Dati's club, the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, was also awarded the Rotary International President's Citation with Distinction, and the District's Governor's Award.
Mr. Dati is a business transactions and real estate lawyer providing closely-held businesses with services as their "Outside, In-House Counsel." Within his practice he assists clients with entity formation, governance, asset acquisition, finance, borrowing, employment and labor, and intellectual property matters. His representative clients include lenders, developers, lessors, investors, entrepreneurs, and various business entities. He currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs and is first Vice Chair of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Dati is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A., 1980) and Creighton University (J.D., 1983).
