Bond Attorneys to Present at the Association of Towns of New York State 2013 Annual Meeting

(Syracuse, NY): Bond attorneys, Robert H. Feller and Raymond A. Meier, have been invited to speak at the upcoming meeting (February 17 - February 20) in New York City.

Robert H. Feller will be presenting two topics: Enhancing the Role of the Town Board in Land Use Planning and Regulation and Contrasting the Options for Delivering Wastewater, Drinking Water and Stormwater Services on a Multi-Municipal Level along with John Behan of Behan Planning.

Raymond A. Meier will be presenting Ethics for Planning and Zoning Boards (CLE credits).
