We encourage leaders from community-based organizations to join speakers from Bond Schoeneck & King, The Bonadio Group and their cybersecurity division FoxPointe Solutions. for a discussion of New York State's 1115 Medicaid Waiver Amendment – and the nearly $6 billion in funding intended to transform health care delivery. The forum will cover:
- Why community-based organizations should consider participating in this waiver and its programming;
- What the risks of participation and reward look like;
- What’s necessary for CBO readiness, including capacity evaluation and capacity building; and
- The relevant timetables.
This program is targeted to community-based organizations interested in exploring the waiver as points of entry into the Medicaid system, or as expansions of their Medicaid service delivery portfolios.
The event will include introductory remarks from Bond attorney Gabriel S. Oberfield, who also will moderate a panel discussion that will fold in perspectives from Bonadio leaders and Bond attorneys. During the program the audience will also hear from Bond attorneys Roger Bearden and Raul Tabora, as well as Bonadio’s Jonathan Miller and Paul Mayer, along with Christopher Salone and Brandon Agostinelli of FoxPointe Solutions.
