Bertram A. Sapurstein Joins Bond

(West Palm Beach, FL): Bond, Schoeneck & King announced the addition of Bertram A. Sapurstein to its West Palm Beach, Florida, office as of counsel. Sapurstein, the former senior partner of Sapurstein & Bloch, P.A., focuses on the representation of financial institutions and concentrates on commercial real estate closings.
Sapurstein conducts loan-to-purchase financings and represents lenders in construction loans for large real estate projects, including those for office buildings and hotels. In addition, for his financial institution clients he often handles their bankruptcy work and mortgage foreclosures. Sapurstein is a frequent speaker at bankers’ associations seminars on issues of concern to financial institutions in the areas of commercial loan documentation, creditors’ rights, collecting judgments, bankruptcy and other relevant issues.
