Arthur J. Siegel, Recognized By CASA: Advocates For Children Of NYS

Siegel, Deputy Managing Member and head of the Litigation Practice of the firm's Albany office, received an award on November 28, 2012 from the Program Directors of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA): Advocates for Children of NYS for his work as Board President in appreciation of his stewardship and commitment to the CASA mission.
Arthur J. Siegel is actively engaged as a trial lawyer in the State and Federal courts throughout New York State. He has successfully defended Fortune 50 companies in multi-million dollar product liability, environmental, commercial and premises liability claims, and represented numerous school districts, corporations and individuals in complex construction, business and other general litigation. He has lectured in the areas of civil litigation and has recently authored a chapter on forum selection for a multi-volume treatise published by the New York State Bar Association entitled Plaintiff's Personal Injury Action in New York. Mr. Siegel is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 and New York Super Lawyers 2012®. He is a graduate of Metropolitan State University and Albany Law School of Union University.
