Arthur J. Siegel Admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers

(Albany, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Arthur J. Siegel has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Founded in 1905, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. The College strives to improve and elevate the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the trial profession.
Art is the deputy managing member and head of the firm’s Albany office litigation practice. He is actively engaged as a trial lawyer in the state and federal courts throughout New York State and has successfully represented clients in product liability, environmental, commercial, and premises liability, and medical and professional malpractice claims. Art’s clients include school districts, hospitals, public and private corporations, and individuals.
