Amy L. Earing Joins Bond, Schoeneck & King as Trust and Estate Member

(Albany, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce that Amy L. Earing has joined the firm as a member (partner) in the trust and estate practice group.

Earing works with clients on a wide array of trust and estate needs. These include planning for incapacity or death, the death of a loved one, minimizing estate tax exposure, Medicaid planning for individuals or a loved one all the way to the sale of a business.

She has assisted clients in achieving their goals in creative ways, including successfully bypassing the probate process by using her knowledge to skillfully navigate the New York statutes and working closely with the financial institutions involved.

Prior to joining Bond, Earing worked at a small law firm in the greater Albany area, starting as an associate and working her way up to partner. She is also a board member for STRIDE, Inc. –a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provided over 14,000 adaptive sport and recreation lessons in 2023-24 to individuals with disabilities, with a focus on youth and Wounded Warriors.
